Our Regulation Law team studies the legislation and regulation issued by agencies.

Regulation agencies are self-governing entities constituted as legal organizations in the domain of domestic public law, with the general purpose of regulating on and controlling the rendering of public services and the exercise of economic activities by private companies.

The work in the area of regulation goes back to the early history of our firm.

We have a lot of experience in competent regulation by all agencies, and special expertise with matters pertaining to ANS (National Supplementary Healthcare) on the obligations of healthcare providers.
