Lawyer Brasil do Pinhal Pereira Salomão opens the Firm on March 1, 1969.

1994

São Paulo Office

The first branch opens in São Paulo city to facilitate the work of our lawyers by being closer to the Second Level, Regional Courts.

1997

Our Headquarters

Construction work starts at the site of our headquarters today, in Ribeirão Preto, SP. A modern building that had been prepared for the expansion work that is on the way.

1999

Opening of our Center for Legal Studies

CEJUR is opened – Centro de Estudos Jurídicos Brasil Salomão (Center for Legal Studies) - and becomes a forum for legal debates among in-house and external professionals in the many specialized areas of law. CEJUR has housed more than 600 meetings and events to debate legal matters since it was founded.

2000

Social Accountability

Núcleo de Responsabilidade Social (Center for Social Accountability) Brasil Salomão, in charge of promoting the Firm’s social accountability actions.

2002

Franca Office

The Firm opens an office in Franca, state of São Paulo, to be closer to the clients in the segment of shoe manufacturing. This marks the beginning of an expansion to other parts of Brazil.

2004

Corporate Governance

The Firm introduces a Corporate Governance Plan with the organization of a Board of Associates and an Administrative Council that includes external, independent councilors, in addition to an Executive Board of Directors that takes charge of managing the business.

2005

Campinas Office

The branch in Campinas opens to expand our activities into one of the most important areas in the country.

2007

Análise 500

In the first issue of the ranking compiled by Revista Análise da Advocacia, the Firm appeared as one of the most important boards in the country. Since then, it has appeared in every yearly issue of the List.

2008

Guia GPTW

The Firm was included among the Top 100 Organizations to Work for in Brazil according to the Guide published by Revista Época, published by Globo, in association with the global consulting survey Great Place to Work.

2008

Goiânia Office

The first concrete move to expand throughout Brazil became real with the opening of a first office outside the state of São Paulo. The location was in the Brazilian Midwest, in the city of Goiânia, state of Goiás.

2009

Três Lagoas Office

Another branch was opened in the Midwest, this time in the promising city of Três Lagoas, state of Mato Grosso do Sul.

2010

Belo Horizonte Office

Minas Gerais was the next destination outside the state of São Paulo, with the opening of the branch in Belo Horizonte.

2017

Rondonópolis Office

Marking its presence in the Brazilian Midwest definitively, the Firm opens a branch in another state there. This time, the location was in the state of Mato Grosso, in the city of Rondonópolis.

2018

Cuiabá Office

It did not take long for us to arrive to the capital of the state of Mato Grosso by opening a new office in Cuiabá.

Internationalization

The first move outside Brazil took place when the Firm was consolidating its expansion domestically. The branches in Lisbon and Porto meant the beginning of the operations in Portugal and the arrival at the European Union.

2021

Autonomy and power generation

The Firm starts its photovoltaic power plant in the rural area of Altinópolis, a municipality in the state of São Paulo. This plant can offset the demands of the headquarters in Ribeirão Preto, where most of the work takes place.

The Firm is listed in Guia Chambers Brasil as one of the most relevant and important boards in the state of São Paulo.

    In 1969 Brasil do Pinhal Pereira Salomão saw something extraordinarily simple and powerful: the ability to put ourselves in the place of others makes us better lawyers.

     

     

    This vision is the true origin of our board. We believe in it beyond its beauty because it simply works. We have seen it work for 53 years in a row.

     

     

    Throughout our history, every time we combined study, legal competence and hard work with that vision, we have made our clients happy about the positive results attained, and the professional admiration from colleagues.

    We are very proud today about our accomplishments. Our team has more than 300 collaborators in 9 different cities in Brazil, and 2 in Portugal. Hundreds of thousands of procedures have been handled in practically all the areas of legal expertise, thousands of clients of different proportions satisfied, and the achievement of an outstanding NPS of 9.2.

Present in the most prestigious international law ranking

 

The Board was appointed as gold standard in the interior of São Paulo state by Chambers Brazil 2021 in the category General Business Law, Industries & Sectors and Regions, and Marcelo Salomão featured as a notable practitioner.

 

The ranking highlighted the structure and strength of our board, especially in the regions around Ribeirão Preto, Campinas and Franca, with a special emphasis on the technical skills of our lawyers in the areas of tax, trade, corporate, labor, environmental and agribusiness laws.

 

This also shows that the investments to internationalize the Firm have been felt on the market.
