CEJUR

The learning that you dopart of our culture

CEJUR, or Center for Legal Studies, is one of the longest-running initiatives of Brasil Salomão, establishing itself as a hub dedicated to the intellectual development of lawyers, interns, and staff.
Since its founding in 1999, CEJUR has been an open space for periodic debates, bringing together members of our firm, professionals from the region, and students, reinforcing our commitment to education, interdisciplinary dialogue, and the sharing of knowledge.
In meetings that address diverse topics—legal or institutional in nature—we provide enriching discussions that nourish the internal community and strengthen ties with the academic and professional spheres. This systematized practice contributes to collective development, boosting technical quality and strategic vision.
More than an agenda, CEJUR is a culture: a continuous learning experience, built on dialogue and coexistence. It is within this space that we renew our capacity to question, evolve, and build solutions — together.

Sustainability
In Motion

In keeping with our commitment to the future, Brasil Salomão invests in clean and renewable energy. Our office has two photovoltaic power generation plants, located in Altinópolis (SP) and Três Lagoas (MS), reflecting the environmental responsibility that guides our practices.
There are 248 solar panels, capable of generating 75 kW of energy, with an average of 12,000 kWh/month. This production is sufficient to offset the consumption of the grid in Ribeirão Preto and the units in Campinas, Franca, and Três Lagoas, in addition to preventing the emission of approximately 10 tons of CO₂ per month — the equivalent of planting 500 tree seedlings every 30 days.
More than just numbers, this initiative represents our vision that practicing law is also about caring for society in all its dimensions. Sustainability, ethics, and innovation go hand in hand in how we build the present and shape the future.

Solomon's Brazil

In 2024, marking the 55th anniversary of our firm's founding, an initiative was born that reflects our commitment to social justice and sustainable development: the Instituto Brasil Salomão.
Since the creation of the Social Responsibility Center more than 15 years ago, Brasil Salomão has been cultivating actions that promote integration, solidarity, and real social impact. Now, with the Institute formalized, we have the structure and ambition to carry forward our ideals in an even broader and more transformative way.
The Instituto Brasil Salomão represents a new chapter in this story — leveraging our experience and values to foster citizenship and contribute to communities in all areas where we operate. Guided by a fundamental certainty: advocacy goes beyond the courtroom — it also reaches those outside the courts, seeking justice, recognition, and opportunities.

PodBrasil

Connecting Law,Current Events and Innovation

PodBrasil is the official podcast of Brasil Salomão. Launched in 2024 as a new and dynamic way to engage with our audience. Since then, every Tuesday at 7 PM, a new episode is released on YouTube and major streaming platforms, offering reflections on the legal world, broader topics of interest, and relevant current events.
This initiative reflects our commitment to transparent and engaged communication — a space where the legal profession engages with society in its plurality, without barriers. On PodBrasil, hosted by our managing partners Evandro Grili and Rodrigo Forcenette, we explore topics ranging from female leadership to corporate communication, including marketing in the legal profession and other current issues.
This podcast represents our belief that information and public debate strengthen democracy and broaden legal action beyond the courts. It is here that knowledge meets inspiration, and where our institutional voice connects in a light and accessible way with the present — because law also happens outside the courtroom, in conversations and in everyone's contexts.

The Market and Client Committee was created to bring the firm even closer to the needs, expectations, and trends of the sectors in which we operate. The group brings together partners, specialists, and leaders from internal areas to analyze trends, identify opportunities, and guide strategic decisions that impact our operations both domestically and internationally.
This initiative strengthens our relationship model by providing continuous and structured listening to our clients, as well as integrating market intelligence into our daily practices. In this way, we contribute to a more proactive, contextualized, and sensitive legal approach to the real challenges of each economic segment.

IA Lab is the official innovation and artificial intelligence laboratory of Brasil Salomão, created to research, test, and develop technological solutions capable of supporting legal practice, optimizing processes, and expanding the impact of our work. It is a space dedicated to experimentation, learning, and building tools that integrate technology and legal strategy.
The initiative involves lawyers, data specialists, support teams, and external partners, promoting study and implementation cycles aligned with global best practices. At the AI Lab, we evaluate risks, opportunities, and responsible models for the use of AI, always guided by ethics, information security, and the protection of our clients' data.
